Ingredients for Paned pork chop with turmeric rice

1 | dl | Corn flakes (or bread crumbs) |
1 | tbsp | Parmesan cheese |
1 | tbsp | Parsley |
1/4 | tsp | Turmeric |
15 | g | Butter or margarine |
2 | dl | Rice |
2 | Pork chops without bone á approx. 175 g | |
250 | g | Cooked broccoli |
3 | dl | Water or broth |
Instructions for Paned pork chop with turmeric rice
To prepare the Paned pork chop with turmeric rice recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cake cornflakes in a plastic bag. Crush them with a cake roll. Add chopped parsley, cheese, salt and pepper.
Cut the fat edge 4-5 places on the cutlets, and squeeze the pan into the meat.
Let the fat be golden on a pan of good heat. Brown the cutlets approx. 2 minutes on each side, make sure the pan is not getting dark.
Turn down on low / medium heat and let them roast finished, approx. 3 minutes on each side.
Turmeric rice: Bring the water to the boil and add rice, turmeric and salt. Boil under tight lid for 12 minutes. Let the rice draw while the court is done.
tips:
Cut the fat edge off before panning. Then the fat content of the court will fall.
