To prepare the Pancakes with strawberry and kiwi curry recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pour flour, sugar and salt into a bowl. Make a small dug in the middle and put the eggs in. Stir well together and slowly add milk and Danish water while stirring. Let the dough rest for 20 min. Meanwhile, strawberries and kiwi are cooked separately with 2 tablespoons of flour. Put some fat in a pan (20 cm in diameter). Pour dough on and behind pancakes golden brown. Butter the pancakes with alternating purée.
