1-2 | clove | Minced garlic |
150 | g | Mushroom |
2 | Eggs | |
2 | dl | Cream |
2 | tbsp | Flour |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
3 | dl | Milk or cream |
3-4 | tbsp | Grated cheese |
375 | g | Whole spinach (frozen) |
Instructions for Pancakes with spinach filling
To prepare the Pancakes with spinach filling recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip all the ingredients together to the dough, let it pull for about 1/2 hour at room temperature and then bag it as thin pancakes. Lay the pancakes on top of each other and they will remain soft.
To the filling, season garlic and mushrooms in a saucepan of butter while stirring, sprinkle flour, stirring and add spinach and cream. Fill the boil for a few minutes and season with spices.
Spread the filling on the pancakes and roll them together and put them in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the cheese and gratin in the oven at 225 degrees (Fahr.437) for 8-10 minutes until the pancakes are hot and crispy.
