To prepare the Pancakes with apple filling 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pancakes: Whip everything except butter, along with electric whips, and there will be no lumps. Stir the butter in. Let the dough rest approx. 10 min. Before baking for thin pan-cakes on a not too large slip-pan.
Peel the apples and cut them in both. Let the apples grind in a pan with butter, daffodil, whiskey and cinnamon. Spread a little apple filling on each pancake, roll them together and put them in ovenproof dish. Butter a little apricot marmalade and sprinkle with almonds. Place the dish in the oven approx. 15 min. At 175 °. Serve the pancakes with a whipped cream.
