1 | Small cinnamon whole | |

125 | g | Wheat flour |

2 | tbsp | Fresh chopped Mint |
2 | tbsp | Potato flour |
2 | dl | Whipped cream |
30 | g | Melted butter |

Instructions for Pancakes with apple compote
To prepare the Pancakes with apple compote recipe, please follow these instructions:
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes. Sprinkle the vanilla bar and place it in a thick pot with apples, water, juice, sugar and cinnamon. Boil the apples by low heat until they are tender. Stir potato flour into a little cold water and stir in the boiling compote. Take the pot off the heat. Stir in mint and add more sugar. Cool the composite off. Mix the dry ingredients to the dough. Whip cream, milk, egg and melted butter. Whip to dough is without lumps. Let it rest approx. ½ hour. Heat a pan well and pour approx. ½ dl dough on the forehead and frosted dough. Bake the pancakes with low heat until they become light brown. Keep the pancakes gently in the oven while the rest is done. Serve the pancakes with a cold apple compote and light whipped cream.
