To prepare the Pancakes for Peking duck recipe, please follow these instructions:
The water is stirred into the flour and the dough mixed to a firm smooth mass.
Put the dough under a wet cloth for about 30 minutes.
The dough will be rolled into a sausage and together with a thickness of approximately 2.5 cm.
With a knife is divided the dough into 18 equal pieces.
The pieces rolled into balls.
Take a ball and dip the underside in sesame oil.
Press the ball on top of another ball.
Roll the dough out to a diameter of 15 cm.
Be careful that the edges will not be sealed.
A skillet set over low heat used to dry pancake, and when both sides are dried, the pancake to side for about 1 minute.
Seperate the two pieces, and thus we have 2 PCs pancakes.
