To prepare the Oyster in wonderland recipe, please follow these instructions:

Dissolve the salt in the grape juice and add the champagne. Freeze it in a square box, to a fixed block (it takes some time to freeze the ice cream, so do the evening before - so there is also time to enjoy the remaining champagne!).

Open the oysters with an oyster knife (Make sure all the scallops are spilled!) And put them on a serving dish with crushed ice. Take the ice out of the freezer and tear it with a fork to form a granite. Pour a little gin over each oysters and top it with a teaspoon granite. Server immediately.

tips:
There will be excess granite, otherwise it is not possible to tear it off. So if you're going to make bigger portions, consider just how much it's needed.
