100gOyster Mushrooms
2tbspOlive oil
250gRibbon pasta, fresh

Instructions for Oyster hats with tomato sauce

To prepare the Oyster hats with tomato sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Tomato sauce:
Tomatoes cut in half and put in pan with garlic. Olive oil and thyme are poured over. The baking pan is put in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven. Then blend in a blender to make it all a pulp.

Oyster mushrooms:
