100 | g | Butter or margarine |

2 | tbsp | Tomato puree |
Instructions for Oven-steaked salmon fillet with tomato butter
To prepare the Oven-steaked salmon fillet with tomato butter recipe, please follow these instructions:
Spoon the salmon partially if it is frozen. Scrape it for dandruff and divide it into 2 fillets without bones. Cut the meat into 3 cm thick slices, but do not cut through the skin. Put the salmon in a lightly greased dish or frying pan.
Mix the onions, lemon juice and oil. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Brush the salmon with marinade and leave it for 30 minutes.
Stir the tomato butter together. Butter a layer of butter over the salmon. Place it under the grill element in the upper part of the oven for approx. 10 minutes. Lubricate or brush the salmon with tomato butter when taken out of the oven.
Serve the rest of the tomato butter, boiled potatoes and possibly haricot's host and salad.
