Instructions for Oven-cooked wild boar
To prepare the Oven-cooked wild boar recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wastewater rinses, dips dry and the fat layer is cut into panes. Garlic pilles, crushed with salt and mixed with bowls and pepper. The wildlife ridge is rubbed with the spice mixture.
The carrot, parsley and celery are peeled, the onions are peeled and everything is cut into the tern. The clarified butter is heated in a frying pan. The wildlife ridge is browned on the fat side. The oven is preheated to 200 °. The back is reversed, the vegetables are laid next to it and it continues for approx. 5 minutes.
Seasonings are added. The open stew is inserted in the middle of the oven at approx. 160 °. After 30 minutes the wine is poured into the pot and after 30 more minutes the fund is poured. The meat simmer for another 30 minutes under the lid.
The wildlife ridge is set hot. Stages say. Mix the flour with sherry and smooth the mixture with the mixture. Simmer approx. 10 minutes with stirring. The sauce is made extra delicious with the cream, seasoned with salt and pepper and sprinkled with parsley
