Instructions for Oven baked squash with egg and cheese
To prepare the Oven baked squash with egg and cheese recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut squash into slices. Chop onion and garlic.
Season the onions in olive oil until they are ready. Add squash, garlic and chopped spice green and heat for 2-3 minutes at high heat.
Turn on the oven. Set it to 175 degrees C. alm. oven.
Pour squash slices into oil-fired ovenproof dish. Whip quark and eggs together. Add fried cheese. Pour the egg yolk over the vegetables.
Place the dish on the oven grill in the middle of the oven for 20-30 minutes until the egg mixture is stiffened and the surface golden. Turn off the oven 10 minutes before the dish is finished. Stir chopped parsley on serving.
Serve as a starter or lunch with a coarse flute or as an accompaniment to chicken, hamburgerry or fried fish.
