To prepare the Oven baked salmon in coconut sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preparation: Mix 1/2 cup of coconut with 1 tbsp. flour. Put it aside. Fill the salmon so you only have clean bone-free meat (very important!)

Mix coconut oil, chilli paste, fish sauce, basil, sugar and egg well together. Pour the mass into a refractory dish. Spread the salmon pieces into the dish and finish pouring with the half cup coconut oil / flour mixture. Put the dish in a preheated oven and put it on the middle shelf for 20-30 minutes. At about 200 degrees.
