450 | g | Fulkorns bread dough |
Instructions for Ostebaps
To prepare the Ostebaps recipe, please follow these instructions:
The egg was kneaded on the floor. The dough is rolled out on a lightly floured table in a rectangle of 40 x 25 cm.
One third of the cheese is sprinkled on the middle third of the dough. The left third folds over the dough with cheese. While the other third of the cheese is sprinkled on top, and finally fold the right side of the dough over so the cheese is completely covered.
Squeeze the dough well and stick it out for 10 cm. Round baps. Fold and roll the dough residue so that it is all used.
Put them on a flour baking sheet, iron them with milk and sprinkle the rest of the cheese over.
Bake at 200 degrees C for approx. 25 minutes.
Cool on baker
