Instructions for Osso buco 05
To prepare the Osso buco 05 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut carrots and peel in slices. Cut onions in tern and garlic in small pieces.
Cut scratches on the outside of the oso buco pieces so they do not bend when they get browned. Spice the oyme buco with salt and pepper. Brown the meat in a little butter and remove it from the pan.
Season all the vegetables until they are ready. Bring the osso buco back into the pan.
Add wine, peeled tomatoes brothel and bay leaves. Let the sauce simmer for low heat 2-2½ hours or until the meat is completely tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the dish in the pan with hot flute.
