To prepare the Oskars Christmas cookies recipe, please follow these instructions:
Knead all the ingredients together and roll the dough to thick sausages. Made cold for the next day.
Cut into thin slices, if desired. brushed with egg and coarsely chopped almonds (eggs and almonds can be omitted)
Bake at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for approximately 6-8 minutes.
Tips:
very reminiscent of speicer, nice crispy, margarine can be used in place of butter, but still the best result with butter. Enjoy
