Ingredients for Orangemarinated hake with mushrooms

16Bay leaves
2dlOlive oil
20gButter
4dlOrange juice, freshly squeezed
4dlBulgur
500gOyster Mushrooms
6tbspLemon juice. freshly squeezed
6tbspHoney
800gHake fillet without skin

Instructions for Orangemarinated hake with mushrooms

To prepare the Orangemarinated hake with mushrooms recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper and put them in a greased ovenproof dish. Stir the ingredients together with marinade and pour it over the fish. Marinate the fillets for 1/2 hour, turn them a few times during marinating.

Cover the dish with foil and steam the fish at 200 degrees C. alm. Oven for 10-15 minutes until it is fixed. Ice the marinade over the fish a couple of times during the roasting.

Boil bulgur as indicated on the package.
Cut the mushrooms into strips, melt the butter on a pan and shake the mushrooms for a few minutes in the butter. Chop the parsley and turn it into the boiled bulgur.

Serve the fish with bulgur and the toasted mushrooms.
