Ingredients for Orange Pie

1.5 | dl | Milk |
2.5 | dl | Wheat flour |
3 | tsp | Baking soda |
Instructions for Orange Pie
To prepare the Orange Pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir fat and sugar airy. Add the egg and stir the dough evenly and fine. Add baking powder and wheat flour alternately with milk and stir until the dough is without lumps. Butter a round spring shape, about 25 cm in diameter, and sprinkle it with rasp. Pour the dough in and behind it at the center groove at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Try sticking it with a knitting needle and see if the cake is baked. Take the cake and leave it for a few minutes. Then turn it on a grate and let it get cold. Whip the cream stiff. Squeeze the juice of the orange and mix the juice into the whipped cream with a few quick cakes. Divide the cake into three bottoms. Lay the bottoms together with the whipped cream. Bring the sugar to the icing in a small saucepan, add cream and fat. Rinse the orange and tear off the outer shell. Squeeze the juice and put it as well as the cracked peel in the saucepan. Heat it all over low heat so the sugar melts. Let the glaze be cold and taste with a little orange liqueur. Pour the icing over the cake and leave it cold for 1-2 hours.
