Instructions for Orange Fromage
To prepare the Orange Fromage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Start tearing the shell of the oranges, then squeeze the juice of them.
Place the house block in cold water. Whip the egg whites stiff and style them aside, whip the cream to whipped cream and finally whip egg yolks and sugar white.
The soaked house leaf is melted gently in a couple of tablespoons. Orange juice, pour the remaining juice into the egg yolks and stir it all together well. This should last a couple of minutes and cool off.
Then stir the whipped cream in and then the pinch egg whites. Fromagen is poured into a bowl and refrigerated for a few hours before serving.
When decorating it, decorate it with whipped cream and orange peel.
