Instructions for Omelette mélangée
To prepare the Omelette mélangée recipe, please follow these instructions:
First, beat eggs, milk and optional amount of cheese together. Mixture krydes to the desired result.
Bacon, ham, mushrooms and sauté in the Pan and then add all of the vegetables that should be finely chopped.
The mixture is poured into the Pan and mix with the vegetables, bacon, mushrooms and ham.
Omeletten is finished when the actual mass is firm and light brown.
