1Eggs beaten lightly together
1cupWheat flour
100gButter
150gQuite strong grated cheese
50Small stuffed green olives

To prepare the Olive baked in ostedej recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix the flour, pepper and butter together. Add the cheese and work with dejgen on a floured surface to the stuck together and is smooth on the surface. Tire dejgen and style in the fridge for half an hour. Drain olive on a piece of paper towel.

Scroll dejgen out (possibly between two pieces (Grease proof) paper until it is 3 mm thick. Cut 4 cm round pieces out and place an olive on each. Fold dejgen around on olive and form a ball.

Dip the top of the ball first in the egg and then in poppy seeds,. Place them on a greased baking tray. Cover and freeze them again in the fridge for half an hour. Behind then in a medium hot oven circa 15 minutes or until they are a nice golden brown on top.
