To prepare the Okserulle Sicillian recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beef and veal run twice through the meat hake and stir well with flour, eggs, milk and cakes. The mashed potatoes are cooked. A piece of parchment paper is moistened and the farmer is spread over the paper and the potato moss is spread over. The two layers are rolled together as a roulade using the paper.
