1cannedChopped tomatoes
1Chopped onion
1/2dlOlive oil
2Nice onions in slices
200gBacon cubes or strips
2-3Fresh red chilli
25gButter
4Steaks (at least 600 grams)

Instructions for Oksefilet à la Norteña

To prepare the Oksefilet à la Norteña recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start with the sauce:
Clean the chili and cut them into strips. Heat oil and butter on a pan and sprinkle onion and chilli on medium heat for approx. 5 minutes until the onions are golden brown.
