Instructions for Nut truffle
To prepare the Nut truffle recipe, please follow these instructions:
1: melt chocolate over hot water bath. 2: Cook the sugar, cream and butter togetherIn a smooth mass. 3: Pour the mass slowly in the chocolate, stirring continuously. 4: Add the vanilla and nuts. 5: cool the mass lightly and form it into balls. 6: put the balls in confections capsules. 7: melt the white chocolate over the water bath. 8: put chocolate on top of the ball clean. 9: garnish with a little gold dust and a little chopped nuts.

Tastes heavenly and not as hard to make as it looks:)
