Instructions for Nougat-/orange truffles
To prepare the Nougat-/orange truffles recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt chocolate and nougat over a water bath and mix it well. Add the butter in small lumps and stir it well. Taste the mass with orange oil and let it cool slightly. When the egg mixture begins to stiffen stir egg yolks in.. Form the mass into small balls and place them in the refrigerator. Covers them if necessary. with chocolate and garnish them.
