150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2-3 | tbsp | Cognac |

Instructions for Nougat cake
To prepare the Nougat cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Water and sugar to boil in water bath to a syrup, cool to the is hand warm. Herein are mixed together they touched the egg yolks and the whole mix bit by bit in the softened fat, and stir into a uniform mass that season with cognac.

When the cake has cooled, split it into two parts and summed up with about half of the butter cream. The rest of the cream lubricated on sides and top, "pie" and the crushed nougat sprinkled over.
