Ingredients for Nougat
1 | Orange, grated to thereof | |
1 | Orange, the juice of which | |
1 | dl | Chopped nuts |
1/4 | dl | Water |
2 | tbsp | Chocolate |
2 | tbsp | Cognac |
200 | g | Nougat |
4 | Egg yolks | |
5 | dl | Cream |
75 | g | Sugar |
Instructions for Nougat
To prepare the Nougat recipe, please follow these instructions:
Whip the egg yolks cool. Whip the cream to whipped cream. Boil sugar and water until it gets cool. Hit the sugar layers in the egg yolks under strong whipping and whip until it turns white and airy.
Mix chopped nuts. Orange juice and torn orange peel gently. Melt nougat in a water bath and let it cool a little while turning it gently in the egg mixture.
Bowl of cognac. Cream and cream turn in carefully.
Bring it in a baking form - coated with baking paper - and put in a very cold freezer overnight.
Served if required. With orange sauce.
