Scampis

To prepare the Norway lobster with oregano and chilli recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the Scampis through lengthwise but leave the tail be whole. Remove the stomach and give the clutches a blow with a knife. Put Scampis up on a platter and sprinkle oregano over. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the seeds from the chili and chop it finely. Sprinkle half of the chili strips of Scampis.
