To prepare the Norway lobster with oregano and chilli recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the Scampis through lengthwise but leave the tail be whole. Remove the stomach and give the clutches a blow with a knife. Put Scampis up on a platter and sprinkle oregano over. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the seeds from the chili and chop it finely. Sprinkle half of the chili strips of Scampis. Pour a little olive oil over Scampis and fry them on a very hot grill pan. Put them with the meat side down and fry them for two minutes. Turn them and give them a minute on the other side. Scampis are added up on a platter and poured over with a little oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle the rest of the fresh chilies over and serve the Court.
