100 | g | Butter |

2.5-3 | dl | Wheat flour |

Instructions for Nice summerpie with berries
To prepare the Nice summerpie with berries recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the egg and fat smoothly. Whip the whole white so it's easy to share. Stir the egg white and sugar in the dough and stir it smoothly. Add flour and stir the dough evenly. Leave the dough to cool cold for 1 hour.
Roll or squeeze the dough into a pieform. Pull the dough up the edge. Bake at 200 degrees on the bottom groove for about 12-15 minutes. Let the pieskall cool.
Rip marcipanas roughly. Mix it with egg yolks and add vanilla sugar and the whipped cream. Pour the mixture into the mold.
Rinse the berries and put them in the mold. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the berries are soft and the pie is golden. Let it cool.
Point the flour on and serve.
