Ingredients for My good curry rays

Bouquets and the small leaves from a half stick of broccoli
a littleOlive oil for frying
1cupBoil water from broccolien
1Small can of coconut milk (or equivalent amount of cream)
1Small can of corn
1Big tomato
1.5tbspGood curry powder (or to taste)
100gFresh mushroom
2cloveGarlic
200gVannameirejer (replace, if desired, with lobster tails, if they cannot be obtained)

Instructions for My good curry rays

To prepare the My good curry rays recipe, please follow these instructions:

Broccoli boils approx. 5 min in boiling letsalted water. Store a cup of boiling water.
Cut mushrooms and garlic into slices and chops in the oil. Pick up and save on a plate. Put the prawns in the very hot oil while stirring well so that they do not burn to the bottom of the pan. Add corn, mushroom and garlic and turn down the heat. The curry is sprinkled over and stirred well. Coconut milk and broccolivand are added. Krydres possibly. With salt to taste (remember, there is salt in the broccoli field). Let it spin over mild to even heat for approx. 10 min. Stir occasionally so that it does not burn on the bottom of the pan.
The tomatoes are divided in half. Each half is then cut through lengthwise and saw in slices across. Finally add the tomato and broccoli and let it spin for another 2 minutes. Take care when stirring so that the broccoli does not become mast for pickled fish.

tips:
Served with rice and possibly. nanbrød. Could possibly. Freeze without broccoli, which is then added to the thawed right immediately before serving.
