Instructions for Mustard potatoes
To prepare the Mustard potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
If the potatoes are small, they are washed and boiled with leachate water.
If the potatoes are large peel them out, cut into smaller pieces and boil in leachate water.
The dressing is made of mustard, parsley, pepper mix and oil. Mix together.
When the potatoes are boiled, pour the water off and stand and steam for 1 min.
Then turn the mustard mixture into the potatoes with caution.
If the potatoes are peeled, they become "broken" when you mix the dressing.
