To prepare the Mustard mayonnaise with dill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the egg yolks, salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar and the three types of mustard in a bowl and stir it to a smooth cream.
Whip oil in drop by drop at first, later a little more liberally, so mayonnaisen when assembling it.
Guilt and dry cfire and chop it finely. Tube cfire in mayonnaisen and season with salt and pepper.
