125gPearl onions
2tbspSour cream
2tbspFinely chopped onion
2tspMaizenamel
3Carrots in thin slices
3tbspMustard
3tbspButter or margarine
4Ham steak

Instructions for Mustard-cut meat rolls

To prepare the Mustard-cut meat rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:

Beat the meat slices well.
Mix salt, pepper, mustard, onion and cream fraiche in a bowl.
Distribute the mustard mixture over the meatballs and roll them together. Stick with toothpicks or meatballs.
Warm the grease into a frying pan or sautépande and brown meat rolls in it.
Turn down the heat and add broth and vinegar. Add carrots and pearls.
Let the dish smash approx. 45 min.
Put meat and vegetables on a warm dish and smooth the sky with corn oil, taste and pour the sauce over the meat.
Serve with loose rice or mashed potatoes.
