Instructions for Mustard Chops 02
To prepare the Mustard Chops 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grease the chops with a thin layer of mustard. Mix flour, sesame seeds, some salt and pepper on a plate. Turn the chops in this mixture.
Melt the butter on a pan and cut the cutlets approx. 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness and the desire. Take the cutlets off the forehead and keep them warm under foil. Boil the pan with broth. Add mustard powder and estragon.
Stir the cream frisse and Maizena together and whip it in the sauce. Heat it through and season with salt and pepper. Serve the sauce for the chops together with. Loose rice and small fine peas.
