150gButter
2tbspBasil (finely chopped)
2dlWhite wine

Instructions for Mussels in the oven

To prepare the Mussels in the oven recipe, please follow these instructions:

Scrub the mussels well and put them in running cold water for half an hour, so the sand is blamed out of them. Boil the ingredients into the egg yolk and add the mussels. Put on the lid and shake the pan gently and boil until all the mussels have opened. Do not throw any open clams! Take one shell of the mussels and put the others in a fireproof dish. Mix the butter with lemon, garlic, parsley, basil, mustard, salt and pepper and spread over the mussels. Place the dish in a preheated oven of 220 degrees for approx. 10 minutes and serve the mussels with flutes and lemon immediately.
