Ingredients for Mushroom Stuff / Sauce
Strong beef broth in ½-1 dl water | ||
Pepper | ||
Salt | ||
1 | tsp | Reef muskatnøt |
125 | g | Butter (abundant as price says) |
2.5 | dl | Whipping cream (if the sauce) |
2-3 | clove | Garlic |
2-300 | g | Mushrooms preferably kante raller |
Instructions for Mushroom Stuff / Sauce
To prepare the Mushroom Stuff / Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the mushrooms roughly and place them on a pan with melted butter. Possibly. Hold on again with some of the butter, part of the water is steamed by the sponges.
Damp / shake the mushrooms until they have become "al dente", it takes a while. Add all the butter, nutmeg and garlic.
When the mushrooms are steamed well, season with salt and pepper. Now you have a delicious stew that tastes great on a piece of toast.

For the best results, make all the previous day before and then put in the refrigerator.
Prior to serving pour the cream in and the sauce is boiled straight and finally cooked.
