Ingredients for Mulled wine extract

2 | dl | Beer (Lager) |
2.5 | dl | Port wine |
2.5 | dl | Snaps |
200 | g | Brown sugar |
3 | Whole nutmegs | |
4 | Vanilla-pods | |
5 | pcs | Whole cinnamon |
Instructions for Mulled wine extract
To prepare the Mulled wine extract recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the beer and the dough in a saucepan and boil it with stirring.
Take the saucepan off the heat and add the snaps and port wine.
Cut the vanilla sticks into smaller pieces, squeeze the nutmeg and put them in the pan together with the other spices.
Stir the extract together and pour it into a close-lid glass.
Let the extract stand and taste for at least 14 days.
Mix with 2-3 bottles of red wine.
