140 | g | Wheat flour |
140 | g | Corn flour |

3 | dl | Milk |
Instructions for Muffins with saffron
To prepare the Muffins with saffron recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat the saffron lightly with the sugar and mix with the milk. Add oil and eggs. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, add the sour cream milk and whip the dough smoothly. Distribute the dough into 10 muffins and baking the bread at 200C for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let them cool a little and eat them warm.
