2 | dl | Milk |
200 | g | Wheat flour |
30 | g | Melted butter |
3-5 | tbsp | Strong hot coffee |
6 | tbsp | Sugar |
8 | tbsp | Cappucinopulver |
Instructions for Muffins with cappucino
To prepare the Muffins with cappucino recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and coffee powder in a bowl. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Stir in eggs, milk and butter in melblandingen with a røreske, just for the dough is mixed, but don't touch for long, so will the cakes heavy. Divide the batter into well greased muffinforme, make 3/4 up. If using paper molds, two molds inside each other; so splatter form not out during baking. Behind the cakes at 190 degrees 20-25 minutes. Let the cakes cool slightly before the glaseres with coffee glaze.
Tips:
Variation: instead of coffee powder may be added 11/2 dl fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberry or blackcurrant), 75 g chopped dark chocolate or 1 large bulb into small cubes.
