To prepare the Mud cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
In the mixer, it should all just be mixed together at once.
With hand mixer can it is recommended to mix
the dry and wet ingredients separately, then mix them together a little at a time.
The dough is pretty thin and how it must be!
Bake in a large roasting pan v. 175 degrees for approx. 40 min. (convection oven)
Will be nice spongy in texture.
Tips:
Can be varied endlessly with fx. chocolate pieces, hk. nuts, mashed banana and fruit, without coffee taste etc. Can be served with various kinds of glaze, fresh fruit and/or ice cream.
