0.5dlCold pressed extra virgin olive oil
0.5tspLæsø honey (room temperature)
1tbspApple vinegar (aceto di mele)
1tbspWhite balsamic
2tbspFinely chopped basil leaves
2tbspFinely chopped parsley
2clovePressed garlic
200gCooked peeled læsø Norway lobster tails

Instructions for Mother's marinated lobster tails

To prepare the Mother's marinated lobster tails recipe, please follow these instructions:

500 g. lobster tails came in plenty of boiling water with 1 tbsp sugar (no salt). Boil for 2 min. (used frozen lobster tails, then came them frozen in the boiling water + 1 tbsp. sugar (no salt). When there is foam on the water, then take them off and pour cold water over. Tamper-proof, drip well by (there will be approx. 200 g. of peeled able).

Whisk marinade together-start with Apple vinegar + Balsamic and salt + honey (thereby dissolved salt better). Whisk in oil, then the garlic, basil, parsley and lemon. Season to taste with salt and pepper groftkværnet Fizz Læsø.

Advantage marinade over lobster tails in a flat plastic bottle, cover with lid and place in the refrigerator until serving. I marinerer them preferably a whole day, but half is ok.

Served with home baked crumb and crisp crust with good flütes.
