Lemon
Salt
Sugar
1Large onion
1letterDried dill
150gCapers
150gMayonnaise
250gBeetroot
5dlSour cream 18%
600gMarinede herring
8Boiled eggs

Instructions for Mother's herring

To prepare the Mother's herring recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut red beans, eggs and onions in small terns. Dip the herring on a piece of paper roll and cut into thin strips. Put the herring in the middle of an elongated dish.

Distribute half of the beetroot, onion, egg and capers in each corner of the dish with the herrings. The rest is spread into 4 small bowls.

Mix mayonnaise, creme fraiche and dill.
Taste the dressing with lemon, a little salt and sugar and pour it over the herring.

tips:
If there are beetroot, onions, capers and eggs in excess in the small bowls, they can only be used for anything else.
