Instructions for Moschari stifado

To prepare the Moschari stifado recipe, please follow these instructions:

Clean and dry the steak pieces. Heat the oil in a saucepan and brown the meat with even heat. Add onions and sauté approx. 5 minutes. Add vinegar, tomatoes (fine tern), garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, bay leaves and a little water. Let the ragout boil for approx. 2 hours.

Serve hot
