Instructions for Moritskage
To prepare the Moritskage recipe, please follow these instructions:
The apples are rinsed, peeled and cut into both. Flower, stem and core house are removed. The apples are steamed in water, wine and sugar until the liquid is evaporated. The apples are laid in a fireproof, greased dish. Butter and sugar are stirred well. Eggs are added. Cardamom and rye bread are mixed in. The pinch egg whites are reversed with light hand. The dough is pulled over the apples. The cream is poured over. Cooking time: 1 hour at 185 gr. The cake can be eaten hot or cold with whipped cream.
