Ingredients for Monaco salad

White pepper
Salt
0.5bundleParsley
1Lettuce head
1Tomato
100gMayonnaise
150gGreen peas frost
2tbspLemon juice
2Hard boiled eggs
2Boiled potatoes
2.5dlWater
200gShrimp
3Pickled cucumbers
4tbspCream

Instructions for Monaco salad

To prepare the Monaco salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Boil the peas for approx. 5 minutes in low salt water. Allow them to drizzle and cool.

Pil the potatoes and cut them into small cubes. Cut the pickled cucumbers into small cubes. Mix it all with the prawns in a bowl.

dressing:
Stir Mayonnaise and cream together. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad that should pull the refrigerator for approx. 10 minutes.

Rinse the salad and cut it into strips. Distribute it on 4 plates. Decorate the salad and decorate with tomato slices, egg yolks and parsley.

Serve the salad with toast or whipped flutes and butter.
