Ingredients for Moccasnegle
0.5 | dl | Oil |
1 | l | Lukewarm water |
1 | tbsp | Salt |
150 | g | Icing sugar |
150 | g | Butter |
1500 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | tbsp | Strong coffee |
2.5 | tsp | NESCAFÉ |
200 | g | Brown sugar |
25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Melted butter |
Instructions for Moccasnegle
To prepare the Moccasnegle recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix water, salt, oil and yeast. Leave it all rest for 10-15 minutes to get into the yeast. Stir the flour gradually and knead the dough thoroughly, preferably 5-10 min. Let the dough raise to at least twice the size. Once the dough is raised, it is kneaded again, divided into two and rolled out in size 30x30 cm. Divide the filling into two pieces and spread evenly. Roll the dough to a sausage, cut each sausage for approx. 10 slices. Put the slices on a plate of baking paper. Let the snails slip as long as possible. Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 25 min ..
After baking, let the snails cool down before decorating with the glaze.
