Instructions for Mixed grillpid
To prepare the Mixed grillpid recipe, please follow these instructions:
Cut the turkey and pork tenderloin in uniform cubes of approx. 1.5x1.5 cm thick Keep each kind of meat in its own right. Cut the turkey liver into mundane pieces. Grab each mushroom into a slice of smoked bacon (wrapped around). Cut the peppers into cubes that are not smaller than that they can be firmly attached to the spoon.
Brush meat and liver pieces with oil. Sprinkle the spices with spices or spice them into seasonings as desired (eg thyme, marjoram, oregano, sage, basil, parsley, etc.) Prepare minilays for 3-4 minutes and allow them to cool.
Bring it all together with alternating sirloin, liver, mushroom / bacon, turkey meat, cocktail sausages, minilook, cherry tomatoes and peppers.
tips:
Mushrooms are wrapped in bacon because they otherwise easily pass when the griddles are pierced or reversed. At the same time, the bacon protects the mushrooms from being burned by the strong heat from the grill.
