Instructions for Mississippi mud pie 02

To prepare the Mississippi mud pie 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:

Crush the digestive biscuits well and mix in the melted butter. Spread it in a smooth layer at the bottom of a spring shape (about 22 cm in diameter)

Put the chocolate in water bath and let it cool a bit. Whip the cream to foam. Add cream and coffee to the whipped cream and pour marshmallows into a pan with milk and cinnamon and stir until it is melted to a lot. Turn the marshmallows and chocolate into the whipped cream and pour it all up into the mold. Style in my fridge. ½ hour but like overnight.

Sprinkle cocoa powder and grated chocolate before serving.

tips:
TIP: Use if necessary. Only 200 g of dark chocolate and the rest of the light as it quickly becomes very heavy. Server with fresh fruit or ice cream
