Ingredients for Mini Scones

optional75 g raisins or 50 g chopped chocolate.

0.5tspSalt
1Large tablespoons. sour cream
2tspBaking soda with top
2tbspSugar
300gWheat flour
80gButter

Instructions for Mini Scones

To prepare the Mini Scones recipe, please follow these instructions:

1. Mix flour, baking soda, sugar and salt together in a bowl.

2. Slice the butter into small pieces and add them to the flour mixture. Crush it with your fingers so it looks like grated cheese.

3. Slice the egg into a small bowl and whip it with a fork. Bring the spicy egg and cream fry into the bowl of flour and mix it. Eat the dough together. Raisins or chocolate i. The dough must be light and soft and must not be too sticky.
