To prepare the Minestrone Suppe ala sarah recipe, please follow these instructions:
First peel potatoes, carrots, onions and parsnips and cut into slices.
The oil is poured into a pan where it is heated. When the oil is warm, the different spices are put in, to extract the flavor from them. Remember and stir in the pan. It does not matter that they get black, it only helps to enhance the taste of the soup. After it has boiled a little, pour the vegetables into the pan and turn it over.
In the meantime, some water is boiled, which after 5 to 10 minutes is poured into the pan. Add batches as needed (we usually put two of each in order to give it a taste. Especially good if you're snuggled or even.).
The peeled tomatoes, green beans and mushroom mix are put into the soup. Let the soup stand for 15min.-1 hour where it is going to slumber. And remember salt and pepper!
While the soup boils the bacon on a frying pan and when it is crisp, put it to the fridge in the refrigerator and cut into smaller pieces.
About 15 min. Before serving, put noodles over and boil. Can be served with bread or similar.

This is a cheap solution for a good meal. We were 4 people, each with 12 kr. For the delicious dish. You can always add other vegetables or make it stronger with several different spices. Very good at when Mom is ill.
