Ingredients for Micro Herring
Force rhode island dressing or kraft french dressing | ||
1 | tsp | Salt |
2 | Eggs, hard boiled | |
2 | tbsp | Dill, fintklippet |
2 | tbsp | Parsley, finely chopped |
2 | tbsp | Butter |
3/4 | kg | Herring fillets |
Instructions for Micro Herring
To prepare the Micro Herring recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sprinkle salt on the meat side of herring fillets. Sprinkle half of dill and parsley on the bottom of a mold or dish. Put the herring with the back side upwards - they must be completely sealed so that the fillets all seem. Sprinkle the rest of the spice mixture over and add butterballs. Cover with plastic film and cook right at full power 4-5 min. Scroll over the eggs and chop them roughly. Sprinkle them on the dish at the serving. Serve Kraft dressing on or pour a little over herring when served.
